Understanding the user experience (UX) of potential customers is essential to businesses, as negative behavioural patterns can inhibit conversion. UX recording helps provide the information necessary to identify room for improvement, but existing solutions produce large quantities of raw data, much of which is irrelevant or time-consuming to analyze.
Cux.io leverages machine learning to provide a UX automation tool, detecting the frustrations of users, automatically analyzing the raw data, and providing actionable insights with the aim of increasing conversion. The company measures this data on a granular level through various features, including multi-tab UX recordings and heatmaps for mouseclicks and keypresses.
Whilst other automation SaaS companies such as Usabilla provide UX insights on a macro level to companies, cux.io has taken a more granular approach by recording and analyzing mouse movements, “rage clicks” and page zooms. By capturing and providing insights on every moment of the user's journey, the company claims that its software will identify UX frustrations and how it can improve, ultimately leading to higher conversion rates and sales.
