To help every single hospitality business in the UK and beyond transform their relationship with technology and empower them to realise true efficiency and profitability.
ePos Hybrid develops point-of-sale solutions for the hospitality sector, helping its customers grow their business by dodging third-party commission costs. It’s a relatively simple concept, but it’s one that’s been in increasingly hot demand over recent years.
With brick and mortar closures over the pandemic, and the corresponding surge in delivery apps, hospitality services found themselves more dependent than ever on third-party businesses to reach their own customers. As a result, many took heavy financial losses. So the need for D2C-facilitating tech like that offered by ePOS Hybrid grew.
Perhaps as a result, ePOS Hybrid has seen remarkable growth itself since its recent launch. It crowdfunded well over half a million pounds in just fifteen minutes, on the back of strong growth that saw its processed transactions multiply from around £5M to over £90M, and its client base grow by 400%.
It demonstrates that ePOS Hybrid has hit upon a highly scaleable business model - and it’s one the company will be deploying internationally as it expands to India. The POS market is growing in this region, in part thanks to government intervention. Having trialled its model in the UK, ePOS Hybrid may be well positioned to make strong strides here too.
