Company mission

Help the self-employed maximise the time they can spend on the things that really matter; designing, building, baking, writing, delivering or whatever it is that makes their business great.

Our take

Whilst there are currently considerable opportunities for the self employed, the responsibilities that come with it have only become increasingly complex. Understanding how much tax to declare and submitting a tax return can be an unclear and complicated process.

Earnr are setting out to change this for the 12 million+ people in the UK who run a sole trader business. They enable their customers to track their incomings and outgoings, classify their transactions, and automate their tax in an all-in-one app.

Founded in 2020, their first product targets side hustlers, micro businesses, and part-time creators. They are VC backed, with investors including 7% Ventures, FJ Labs, and Antler.
