Company mission

To enable B2B organizations to create personalized and intelligent buying experiences that feel like B2C.

Our take

As more of the ‘digital’ generation are moving into key decision-making positions of B2B customers, there are dramatic shifts in buying behaviour. Buyer enablement platform emlen is here to tackle the growing challenge of B2B buyers increasingly expecting a B2C customer experience.

The company's platform enables sales and marketing organisations to create individualised destinations for each buyer, and conduct communication processes from the provision of content to deal closing. It essentially acts as a digital sales room through which users can pursue better deals by encouraging buyers that will bring more value in the future.

With a number of clients including start-ups like Candis, Mews, Orderbird, Drooms, and Datango, emlen has secured a solid foundation in the space. It has plans to further invest in its technology platform and expand business reach moving forwards.
