Our take
It's common among companies to now have a Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity promise within the company make-up. Sadly, it can still be found that companies do not abide by their promises and HR departments have their hands full. Eqtble is a company driven by this issue, and have created a platform whereby business and people metrics can be analyzed to improve HR efficiency.
Eqtble provide a dashboard for customer companies to easily integrate current HR tools like Workday. The platform consolidates the data and saves teams time organizing so they can spend time researching and driving initiatives that have a real effect on the business.
The company’s founders bring a large amount of expertise and experience in relevant fields, which allowed them to highlight how many company’s workforce data is scattered across different HR software, so it’s clear this company was born out of a clear need for this kind of service. The company acquired funding in its early stages and has managed to build an impressive client base already, including companies like WeWork and Etsy.
