Glass.ai has developed a web crawler that pores over web content at scale, allowing clients to access deep market insights, identify sales opportunities, and track business critical signals and themes. It does this wherever textual data is available, including across social media, following over 40 million organisations across the globe.
The company has remained modest, but boasts an impressive client list including PwC, Volkswagen, and various UK governmental departments. It’s not clear that it faces much competition, either - whilst services like Crunchbase and Beauhurst offer business insights, these don’t come from the same breadth and depth of data that glass.ai is capable of marshalling.
So in spite of its relatively humble size, glass.ai has developed a remarkable product - and a lucrative client list to match. As data begins to play an increasingly critical role in resolving high-level issues, it’s likely that glass.ai will continue with the same success.
