Hya's mission is to create a job-hunting, employee experience and management tool that people will love.
Hya’s target customers are the always recruiting, but always time-poor start-up market. After advising dozens of these companies through their start-up focused HR consultancy, People Club, Hya’s founders eyed the opportunity to use software to make their lives easier.
By prioritising process efficiency for start-ups, Hya believes that it has created a more tangibly useful tool in a crowded recruitment software market. For example, Hya members can rely on a number of time-saving templates as well as a Knowledge Hub full of practical hacks.
The company has tested its product with a number of enthusiastic Alpha testers and will be more aggressively promoting the service in 2022.
The Hya team has built a slick piece of practical technology rooted in decades of experience at the cutting edge of technology recruitment. However, they will need to focus on building out a fully fledged product that can compete with the major ATS' dominating the market today.
