I have two kids and iManage have been understanding of the home life balance. There is no such thing as clock watching. Sometimes I need to start work later and finish earlier so I can pick up kids. I can then work in the evening after the kids are in bed.

We have a very established on-premise stack which is great for learning what matters to our customers, what they are doing with our product and to some extent why. While it is a bit old now, we also have a cutting-edge cloud stack which is great to learn new technology and ways of working like getting code deployed into live environments within minutes rather than months as is the case with our on-premise stack.
