Our take

The so-called ‘Great Resignation’ has left companies increasingly anxious about attracting the best talent. Inploi helps businesses in this endeavour with a suite of SaaS tools for their talent acquisition teams.

The company focuses on future-proofing talent acquisition pipelines. That means at an operational level, all of their software tools fit seamlessly into HR systems and at a product level, their acquisition campaigns meet candidates where they are: on social media.

Inploi has iterated from a job-listing marketplace focused on hospitality to a SaaS business and now the focus is on refining that technology to deliver market-leading value to their clients.

The company is operating in a fiercely competitive segment. To continue to drive revenue from their customers, they simply must deliver candidates that other pipelines are failing to reach.

Leadership

Worked briefly for a private equity fund investing in agricultural assets in Africa. Graduated from Oxford University where he first studied African Studies and then earned an MBA from the Saïd Business School.

Prior to co-founding inploi Alex was a Regional Associate Consultant for OgilvyOne (WPP) in Hong Kong working with brands to build and deploy digital products and strategies across the Asia Pacific.
