Our take
For many women, re-launching their careers after a break from work can be a difficult and daunting task. It is no secret that the job market can be punishing to those with career breaks, so Ivee has built a jobs platform built specifically for women returning to work.
Ivee acts as a one-stop shop for returners - with job listings, a return-to-work bootcamp, community support, and advice from recruiters about how to supercharge applications. Altogether, this supplies those looking to restart their careers with everything they need in one place.
Its clearly a valuable undertaking, connecting women with their next job while enabling companies to tap into an underused pool of talent. Still relatively young (it was founded in 2023), we are excited to see how Ivee continues to develop in the coming years.
