Our take
Temporary work has always been difficult to organize and manage, both for workers and employees - with industries such as hospitality being infamous for staffing issues. Jitjatjo provides a platform for businesses to manage their workforce, and optimize their resources without compromising on compliance, alongside a jobs marketplace to connect workers to available shifts.
Flexible work is here to stay, and Jitjatjo has done well to establish itself as an early and complete option for managing staff if the new landscape - with its "Network" product delivering talent management, payroll, compliance, performance analytics, and more. The Flex app for workers uses a convenient, apply-once system; and the company vets the companies it lists, in line with its "worker-first" vision.
Jitjatjo has raised significant funds in the past, and was listed as a representative vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for workforce management apps. Having established itself in Sydney, plans are to expand into both Melbourne and Brisbane in the near future.
