Lano provides a recruitment and payroll platform for global teams, allowing accountants to consolidate payroll for multiple entities and currencies within a single dashboard. The platform also includes a recruitment marketplace featuring contractors from over 150 countries, ultimately making it easier, cheaper, and simpler for businesses to expand teams globally.

Whilst separate solutions for international recruitment and payroll exist, Lana has been smart to unify these properties into a single platform, providing users with everything they need to expand its workforce globally at affordable rates. Through its platform, the company aims to make it easier for businesses to find the best talent for a job wherever they are in the world, whilst also helping talent to be discovered worldwide.
