Our take

Planet.fans is building a real fan engagement platform, to allow top touring musicians and artists to create long-term fan engagement. It was founded as, traditionally, artists often have little to no access to their fans, with minimal avenues available to form connections. Planet.fans establishes a place where live music fans can belong.

Its fan ticketing platform gives artists the capability to act on their engagement data and offer their fans more value, thus removing friction and allowing fan connections more directly. This helps more real fans attend live gigs and at a fair price. The direct-to-fan platform allows artists to build loyal communities around personalised data driven offering, allowing artists and fans to nurture mutual relationships. For artists, it helps users to understand future fan demand around live events and tours.

Planet.fans has grown rapidly since its founding in 2019, and is working with a Grammy award winning artist and industry experts to help shape the industry coming out of the pandemic. Going forward, planet.fans aims to make the fan experience more seamless, and improve customer experiences through simple and fast support channels.
