The consumer electronics industry is one of the world's most polluting, with millions of phones and other devices being needlessly and unsustainably discarded. reboxed solves this problem by refurbishing and reselling used phones.
reboxed's founders boast extensive experience in digital media and creative agencies. This has helped set reboxed apart from legacy players in the refurbished phone industry, including Envirofone.
Despite its early success, reboxed's main challenge will be competing with the likes of Envirofone and musicMagpie. However, with the world generating 50 million tonnes of e-waste every year, the market is large enough to support newcomers like reboxed.

I've worked within the ecommerce sector for over 10 years and I have to say this is the first time that I've worked for a brand who truly care about their employees wellbeing and development. When I had my interview, I knew immediately that I wanted to work for them so I was thrilled when I got the job. The onboarding process was top notch - they provided me with clear and concise comms and ensured that I had everything that I needed prior to me starting. Reboxed are honestly the best company that I've ever worked for! They are all super friendly and they really value your opinions and consistently recognise and champion your efforts. It feels like a family, everyone gets their sleeves rolled up including the founders which I love - there's no such thing as hierarchy here, we all get stuck in and support each other. They pay you fairly and offer great incentives to keep you motivated and fulfilled. For the first time in over 19 years of my working history, I can say that I'm excited about work and I've finally found my perfect role and company to grow with.

Reboxed understand that we all have commitments outside of work and they offer flexible working which makes life so much easier. They are super flexible with working hours and you can swap/change office days whenever you need to. I finally feel like there's a nice balance between my work/personal life which is great as it takes a lot of pressure and stress off of me.
