Our take

Munich-based remberg is on a mission to develop a new kind of software that helps companies digitize processes surrounding equipment, such as vehicles and machines, which are fundamental to the age of IoT.

Indeed, there is considerable opportunity to make an impact in this space. Many machine and equipment manufacturers in Germany still fill out service reports on paper instead of digitally on a tablet, which is a massive source of inefficiency that remberg's offering can help reduce.

With three versions of its cloud-based platform, remberg is able to serve a range of users managing various amounts of machinery, systems, vehicles, equipment and facilities. It has seen good funding in the past which has helped to expand its team and support product development.

Member of the Committee for Innovation and Research at VDMA. Graduated with an MSc in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich.

Previously served as Product Manager for Celonis and President of STARTmunich.
