Sunday is a new payment system for restaurants where customers can pay for a meal through a QR code. This opens up new opportunities, for example guests can easily split the bill directly at the table.

Restaurants are cashing in more tips, increasing average spend, cutting costs and in turn mastering customer service. Sunday customers don’t pay any monthly subscription fee or setup fee. They only pay processing fees based on usage, and those fees ultimately tend to be lower than the card machine they are currently using. There are more than a thousand restaurants currently adopting Sunday. The ultimate goal is to become the PayPal for bricks & mortar businesses, creating a seamless, simple and fast payment experience.
