Our take
Syd supplies an AI-powered platform through which businesses can give their teams access to personalised, science-based recommendations for preventative health, as well as social and financial advice.
The service is delivered through a conversation-based mobile app, in which employees can discuss their feelings, health and goals with syd's AI. The app then provides advice and guidance, with capabilities such as suggesting the optimal time to complete activities, and tracking progress so users can celebrate meeting goals.
Interestingly, syd also supplies businesses with metrics to assess the life quality of their teams, so that they may measure impact and create smarter people strategies in the future. Its an intriguing concept, and one that - should it take off - could become a staple for creating happier workforces in the future.
