It is a comprehensive suite including tools to automate contract creation, manage contract data and use this data in negotiations, and improve communication by eliminating legal jargon – all acting towards preventing unnecessary coordination rounds and reducing the dependency on legal departments.
Top.legal has raised funds towards further developing its AI, which is the backbone of its products. The company has stated aims to bring more direct contact and personal interaction into contracts, encouraging a focus on generating more value from customer relationships.
