Our take

Creating equal opportunities for people from all backgrounds is more important than ever, and it's rare to find a company that doesn't have a diversity or equal opportunities statement front and center. But true equality in careers starts much earlier, with the educational opportunities available to young people. That's where upReach comes in. As a social charity, upReach funds programs and provides tech access to help students from disadvantaged background unlock their full potential and broaden their future prospects.

Focused on those who lack the resource to access certain educational tools or information, upReach partners with top companies and university tyo make it all possible. Its impressive collaborators include Google, Amazon, and Samsung. With a range of programs, courses, and 1-on-1 support, upReach has created a diverse library of resources to help students succeed.

Since launching, upReach has achieves some incredible milestones. 72% of upReach Associates come from BAME backgrounds, and more than half are women. These statistics, alongside many other successes, showcase the transformative impact upReach is having and it'll be exciting to see how it continues to grow.
