Company mission

To allow their users to offer powerful CRM and Sales Engagement integrations with minimal effort.

Our take

The CRM sector is diverse, with hundreds of major offerings available. Almost every business uses one, and are often looking for services which can enhance their systems. But with most services integrating at most with one or two CRMs, many companies who offer these enhancements are missing out on business. Enter Vessel, a unified API that allows services to integrate with common objects in nearly all CRM and Sales Engagement systems.

Offering a badly needed service, Vessel enters a market niche with no real competitors. Its strengths lie in the simplicity of its solution : it can be implemented in an afternoon and from the customer's point of view will integrate with their systems without major changes to their platform. Founded by developers with experience building out integrations for an enterprise SaaS company, it has already gained a substantial customer base who trust Vessel to support their own B2B products.

Vessel has recently completed a seed funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures and Accel. It is using this investment to round out its founding team and develop its product with more integrations. In the longer term it will move to expand its marketing reach and scale its operations.
