I love working as an app developer at wawa fertility. The app we create is used by patients undergoing fertility treatment, empowering them by giving them more information about their treatment, much better access to their clinic, as well as having all relevant information in one common place. Fertility treatments can be complex and emotional for patients; having everything in one common place simplifies the process, providing much-needed clarity and support throughout their journey.

I have had a great time working on wawa's platform. Being able to see how we can improve the workflows and patients experiences of those in the fertility sector through innovation and creating a product that fills the market's gaps has been super motivating and exciting to work on!

At wawa everybody's opinions are welcomed and able to join in discussion. Everybody is welcome to ask questions regardless of their direct responsibility for a given task, and it is great knowing that my thoughts and questions are welcome and included in our work!

Everybody is encouraged to showcase what they have been working on each week and as new things come through. The whole team is super supportive when somebody showcases their work, and the team also promotes the work of each other on a day-to-day basis ensuring everybody is recognized for their great contributions!
