Our take
Across Europe, there has been a shake-up in terms of how employees and employers interact, from what is expected to a general shift in approaches to work. With each employee wanting different perks and benefits, these new demands haven't been so easy on management teams. YourCampus was established to help companies pivot in the way they approach benefits.
The Dutch startup has partnered with companies such as UberEats, Apple, HelloFresh, Spotify, and Dell, offering a customisable digital wallet for employees to access their benefits through.
With funding from Kalo Bagijn (Brand New Day), Fritz Korten, and Joost Jolink (Fresca Group) as well at the Dutch Founders Fund, YourCampus aims to continue growing its company partnerships.
