Who you are
- Ability to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that highlight SKRYBE’s position as a luxury brand for professionals who value distinction and precision.
- Expertise in creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong email marketing skills (designing and executing campaigns).Proven track record of driving brand growth (especially in social media, email, and digital platforms).
- Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, engagement rates) and optimise strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Collaborative leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work closely with the creative team (Visual Storyteller in particular) to ensure alignment with brand identity.
Desirable
- Proven track record of driving brand growth (especially in social media, email, and digital platforms)
- Experience in luxury, healthcare, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
- Experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management and nurturing customer relationships.
- Implement and optimise a CRM system to manage leads from social media and email campaigns, setting up infrastructure for future sales growth.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven strategy, ensuring campaigns are both innovative and effective.
- Strong ability to collaborate with the creative team to turn visual content into effective marketing campaigns.
What the job involves
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns: - Leading the creation and implementation of strategic campaigns that position Skrybe as a luxury brand, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement
- Managing social media growth: – Working closely with the Visual Storyteller to drive 100% month-on-month growth on Instagram and TikTok by creating compelling, story-driven content
- Email marketing management: – Designing and executing email campaigns that align with Skrybe’s luxury identity, driving customer engagement and conversions
- Collaborating with the creative team: – Ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand identity and is strategically integrated into broader marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Analysing and optimising campaign performance: – Monitoring metrics like CTR, CPA, and engagement rates to refine strategies for maximum effectiveness in customer acquisition and retention
- Data-driven decision-making: – Using data to inform all marketing decisions, ensuring strategies are aligned with growth objectives and contribute to long-term brand success
