• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within facility management or related industries.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers to scope features and resolve issues
• Experience running agile development processes, sprint planning, and managing development backlogs
• Ability to set product roadmaps and work with internal stakeholders to align on priorities
• Strong communication skills, capable of liaising between customers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and drive initiatives forward

• Lead the product roadmap by collaborating with company stakeholders to align on priorities and vision
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the product team, handling customer issues and gathering insights for future product development
• Scope and define new features, translating customer needs and business goals into actionable tasks
• Lead and organise sprint planning, create tasks, and work closely with the development team to execute the product plan
• Track and analyse product performance, ensuring the product is meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Support the future development of an energy monitoring and optimization system as part of our strategic vision
• Drive product release cycles and communicate updates to both customers and internal teams
• Own Product Onboarding experience, running regular experimentation to improve value creation and product stickiness
• Ensure internal and external product documentation is continually updated, reviewed and improved
