• Has 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in highly competitive international markets
• Understands the specifics of promoting large-scale content projects
• Knows how to build a strong and sustainable link-building strategy
• Is confident using Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Has a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO analysis
• Has English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international partners
• Values transparency, ownership, and full engagement in the project

Desirable

• Develop and scale the SEO strategy for an international content project
• Work with semantic data: research, structure, and cluster search queries
• Design an effective site architecture optimized for search engines
• Handle technical SEO aspects such as Core Web Vitals, site speed, indexing, and crawl optimization
• Build and strengthen the backlink profile through outreach, guest posting, partnerships, and other link-building strategies
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to outperform them in search results
