Experience in finance administration, HR coordination, or business operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with good organisation
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
Fluent in Mandarin and English

What the job involves

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Business Operations Coordinator to support the financial administration and day-to-day operational functions of the business
This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, structure, and consistency across finance, HR, and office operations. You will work closely with both the UK and Chinese teams, supporting smooth business operations and maintaining strong internal processes
Manage day-to-day financial records including supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, and expense claims
Maintain accurate financial data and ensure proper documentation and audit trails
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate compensation and attendance records
Monitor customer credit terms and outstanding balances, escalating overdue accounts in a timely manner
Assist with month-end closing processes and provide data for financial reporting and analysis
Support budgeting preparation and audit documentation
Ensure all financial records are accurate, structured, and up to date
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including supplies, equipment, and logistics
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Maintain organised documentation and support operational recordkeeping
Support internal process documentation and improvements
Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding processes and ensure employee records are complete and up to date
Maintain HR documentation in line with company policies and UK employment standards
Track attendance and basic employee records accurately
