Managed service providers (MSPs) are often plagued by repetitive tasks that require more manpower and hiring than growing companies can sustain. This is an especially prescient problem as more tech companies begin outsourcing their MSP duties. MSPbots helps to combat this with automation tools that make administrative tasks for managed service providers more efficient.
The company's solutions include dashboards for internal company visibility, as well as a digital workforce of training bots that work 24/7. The role of these bots is to onboard, teach, and correct technicians working for MSPs as well as smooth out their workflow problems.
