Simulation Systems Architect, DeepSense

• You have designed and owned reusable systems that defined production standards across multiple releases, not just contributed to them
• You have built or worked with simulation pipelines, validation frameworks, or deterministic system checks in production
• You think in terms of systems, architecture, and reusable logic — not individual game or feature design
• You are comfortable defining and enforcing standards for RTP, volatility, exposure, or statistical correctness at scale
• You have strong hands-on ability in mathematical modeling, simulation, or quantitative systems design
• You can work cross-functionally with engineering to ensure consistency between models, simulations, and production logic
• You have taken full ownership of a system that defines how production outputs are generated, validated, and controlled

Desirable

• Own and define the simulation and mathematical production architecture across all releases
• Build systems that generate, control, and validate outputs under unified standards rather than relying on one-off manual production
• Define deterministic validation logic between models, simulations, and production systems
• Create reusable, configuration-driven approaches instead of per-feature or per-title logic
• Set and maintain standards for statistical correctness, volatility, RTP, exposure, and model reliability
• Work closely with engineering to ensure systems are scalable, testable, and production-grade
• Influence architecture decisions directly, with high ownership and minimal abstraction from execution
• Ensure that all production outputs are governed by system-level rules rather than manual or per-title decisions
• This role is not focused on designing individual games or tuning features
