To help advertisers better reach their consumers and help game developers better monetize their games.
19% employee growth in 12 months
Gaming is one of the world's fastest growing industries, and mobile gaming is big business for advertisers. However, in-game adverts can be intrusive and unpopular among gamers. AudioMob solves this problem by helping developers to monetise their games without interrupting users.
AudioMob was founded by two Google and Facebook advertising veterans. Its experimental audio technology has become a sought-after alternative to invasive in-game video adverts. The company has worked with high-profile celebrities such as Ed Sheeran, as well as big-name brands like Intel and KitKat. This has helped it to build a strong presence in the gaming market.
AudioMob's technology is used in every country outside of China, and has an especially strong presence in the UAE and Germany. The company is valued at around $110 million, and has been working to consolidate its market position. It has made a number of partnerships recently, including one with Katz Media Group's Digital Audio division, that grants the company the opportunity to reach a potential 230 million monthly US consumers with in-game audio ads.
