Cobalt is on a mission to elevate the work that people do by training machines to do boring tasks better.
As robotics transitions from a dream of the future to the reality of now, companies are looking to employ them to protect their offices, warehouses, and people. Cobalt supplies security robots that use advanced sensor tech and computing to patrol premises and provide assistance, much like a human security guard.
Cobalt's simple, accessible robots come with an array of features, from 2-way video and audio chat, to smoke, carbon monoxide, and ozone sensors. Autonomous vehicle technology means it is able to move and dock alone, with 360-degree 4K cameras and day/night vision making it acutely aware of its surroundings.
With uses spanning reporting anomalies, badge checks, evacuation crowd control, and many more, it is no surprise that Cobalt has secured a range of big-name clientele, including DoorDash, fintech startup Ally Financial, and mobility solutions company Woven Planet. A 2023 collaboration with Johnson Controls saw the integration of its C•CURE Alarm System with Cobalt’s remote guard service, enabling the robots to automatically dispatch when an alarm sounds - further increasing the system's utility.
