EverGive, is a giving platform that harnesses the power of crypto to enhance the effects of charitable donations. Its flagship product allows people to donate through the platform, which is invested in Bitcoin, and the profits are paid out to charities in perpetuity.
In addition to allowing individuals to supercharge their donations, this approach also appeals to charities and organizations looking to donate to them. By fundraising on the platform, charities can benefit from the so-called "ripple effect" that encourages word-of-mouth to create a larger pool of donations. Businesses, meanwhile, can heighten the impact of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, as well as track and measure this impact to inform future strategies. So far, EverGive's collaborative ecosystems have raised more than £20 million for UK charities.

You have to be self motivated, and self disciplined, but if you love the mission and the powerful impact you are having on the charity sector, then it’s the most rewarding job in the world!

I received a lot of external 3d party training when I first joined GiveMatch, which was paid for by the company. The way we work is very cross-functional however, so I often get to work on projects with people a lot more senior, and get to diversify my skillset that way

GiveMatch understands that at the end of the day, you're a human being with a life outside of work, that may not align with your schedule. If I have to go to a doctor's appointment or something similar, for example, I can make time for it comfortably, without bureaucracy, and make up for that time earlier or later in the day. Love the flexibility!

Group chats for the sales team have their own personal shooutouts from other sales colleagues, as well as a company-wide visible Won New Deals chat that shouts you out personally every time you make a sale. Weekly 1-1s with your manager, as well as support in team meetings, means that managers are checking in with you to see how you're doing, and where you need support. Alongside this, GiveMatch has fostered an amazing culture of openness, where help from any part of the business, managerial or not, is a DM away. It's not uncommon for me, as a salesperson, to run an idea by our CEO, on a brief 1-1. The managers here have your best in mind, which is a real relief to know.
