- Your Mission
- Your mission is to multiply the success of the founder, and thereby the company. If you are successful, the founder will 10x his productivity, output and impact
- This role exists because early-stage companies break when the founder becomes the bottleneck. Your mission is to remove that bottleneck. Because of your role, the company will see a sustained increase in speed, ambition, and progress without compromise. You support and strengthen the founderâs decision-making by synthesising information, stress-testing assumptions, and ensuring priorities translate into action. You work extremely closely with the founder to help clarify thinking, pressure-test ideas, and translate priorities into action. Over time, you develop a deep understanding of how the founder thinks and operates, enabling you to anticipate needs and act with increasing independence
- You will contribute to the direction of the company and help put it into action. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning ambiguous problems, driving high-impact initiatives, and ensuring that the companyâs most important priorities actually happen. This role exists to enable the founder, not to replace functional leaders or own standalone domains
- This is a role only for those who learn and process information at supernatural speed, have advanced critical thinking skills and thrive in pressure environments
- Schedule: Full-Time - In Person, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
- What Youâll Do
- Work Closely With the Founder
- Youâll help the founder day to day by preparing for important conversations, investor meetings, product launches, and hiring processes. This might include research, drafting, prepping documents, or coordinating people and timelines
- You will organise priorities, capture actions, and spot small issues before they become big ones. Youâll gradually be exposed to higher-stakes moments as you grow in confidence and judgement
- You will be close to the centre of how decisions are made - observing, supporting, synthesising, and helping turn direction into motion
- Take Ownership of Small but Important Projects
- At first, youâll own focused projects like research tasks, internal coordination, writing short briefs, preparing materials, or helping run small initiatives. As you build confidence and context, those projects will become bigger and more complex
- Grow Into a Higher-Level Operator
- You will start with smaller tasks, but the goal is that you grow into someone who can run bigger projects end-to-end, can anticipate the founderâs needs, can handle increasing amounts of responsibility, and become a trusted partner in making the company move faster. The role expands as you do
- This is not a role for someone who wants rigid structure or predictable days. It is for someone ambitious, fast-learning, thoughtful, and excited to help build something from the inside. You will make mistakes, you will be challenged, and you will grow at a speed most roles cannot offer

- Founder priorities are clearly translated into executable plans with owners and timelines
- High-stakes meetings are consistently well-prepared, with clear decisions and follow-ups

- The founder spends more time on high-leverage decisions and less on coordination and context-switching
- How the role evolves:
- As trust, context, and judgement build, the scope of this role will expand. Growth comes through deeper involvement in complex problems and greater responsibility for follow-through - not through title or hierarchy alone

EverGive, is a giving platform that aims to disrupt traditional fundraising by building a Bitcoin-powered reserve to benefit charities in the long term.
