There's a great team assembled at Feedr, created via an experienced team who've grown through the business, interns who have been successful & remained + the addition of external candidates who bring fresh input & enthusiasm to the company. Departments frequently collaborate on projects and staff are supportive throughout.

Along with the standard day-to-day tasks, there are some great projects in the pipeline to work on. All very stimulating & challenging, but ones you really feel will add value to the business. You get the opportunity to showcase the roadmap for delivering on the strategy & collaborating with staff to ensure it's executed. Very rewarding to see these come to life & your worked is highlighted in the company, making you feel valued.

I joined the Sales Team at Feedr with minimal prior experience and I was supported by the team to get up to speed. I've been given opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively which has enabled me to develop professionally. There is also an allowance of time off for learning and development days.

The team at Feedr make it a lovely place to work! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. There's a lot of collaboration between departments which makes it easy to form positive working relationships.

Hard work is always recognised and celebrated at Feedr. There is a Slack channel designed to acknowledge wins. Additionally, each month the team nominate someone who they think deserves recognition and this is shared in a company-wide meeting.

As a new parent, I really value the company's family-friendly approach to flexible working hours and creating a supportive environment for hybrid working. I was able to return in a part time capacity and work my hours around childcare.

I've been promoted 3 times in the course of the last 3 years. I've been given more opportunities to grow, learn than any other company I've worked at. The learning never stops!

I was not confident with querying data when i first joined Feedr. The tooling provided by the company and opportunity to take a course in data helped me develop the skills in this area.. so that now i can answer all my questions and others!

As a great product and fast developing business it is really amazing to be working alongside hardworking like minded people. The work ethic and commitment is really incredible and makes me want to only work harder to see us all succeed together.

With a nice variety of projects to be working on that cover the full stack range and lifecycle, there is plenty to learn and develop. I find it really exciting to be able to solve strategic and difficult tasks in areas undiscovered.

Every day we start with stand ups and can catchup with each other about life, fun and some work. As a smaller set of teams it is really nice to get together from time to time, remotely and in person. Never had a moment where I have felt i couldn't open up and talk to anyone.

The culture is very open with anyone able to communicate honestly with people at any level and have their opinions heard and taken on board. All hands are presented weekly with regular updates from each department and questions and feedback are always welcomed.

Management are attentive and supportive of concerns from career to development to employee wellbeing. Learning and development days are available quarterly where you are able to go to conferences and take courses, and resources such as on-demand therapy are made available to the whole team.

Feedr has a hybrid remote policy with some teams such as Engineering able to be fully remote if staff prefer to work that way. We are given budget to set up home working spaces and are able to work flexible hours if necessary for reasons from medical appointments to childcare.

The people at Feedr are truly amazing and they have so much to offer. Everyone is helping each other and you can always count on someone for a cheeky drink on Thursdays after a hard day

People at Feedr comes from diverse backgrounds and we learn so much from each other. Everyone is super open-minded and kind. We are all like a big family

We know how to recognise good work and we make sure it's being shouted on slack or verbally. It makes you want to push a little more to deliver an even more awesome work.

We use modern technologies and do a good job of maintaining them. Whenever we want to introduce something new to the tech stack, we normally have a discussion on our thought towards that specific tech/tool and everyone is heard, which is great.

One of the reasons why I love to work at Feedr is because the team energy is fantastic! Everyone is keen to work on building something valuable together and we all enjoy each others company.

Feedr is a great place to learn and develop your skills, one example is that if someone on the team knows a topic in detail and feels it'll be useful to the company, they'll have an opportunity to share that knowledge to the rest of the team, helping us all.

There are always time for me to pick up new technology for the task. There is learning and development time allocated for each quarter for personal or functional performance objectives. Lunch and learn session is held regularly.

The workload is manageable, if there are more task for an project that we can only realized later, tasks will be prioritised. Meetings are also scheduled to be minimal.

At Feedr anyone can ask questions in the weekly all-hands. Feedr really values our opinions and feedback. There is also retro every two weeks and dev discussions.

There are a number of different forums in which all Feedr employees can feed back about the product, and the company in general. These are always taken seriously and everyone has an opportunity to impact on the direction of the business.

The team at Feedr is the most inclusive and welcoming that I have worked on. Beyond a warm environment within office (and remote) settings, the company's focus on celebrating different cultures through the food of our vendors highlights the company's mission.

Feedr has official processes in place for mental health support, as well as learning and development, which sets it apart from the pack. On top of that I have always felt supported by my team and senior members of staff when personal circumstances might change.

When we are considering how to solve problems or how to improve our product my opinions are always heard. I have had plenty of opportunities to decide how to approach project work and implement solutions.

Whenever I've expressed a desire to learn something new I have always been given the opportunity to do so including moving between teams to expose me to new problems and technologies. We are encouraged to try new things and learn from it in our solutions

As an engineer I am encouraged and given an opportunity to identify work that needs to be done and then find and implement my own solutions to the problems. I can try new things or stick with established proven tech depending on what I think is the best approach.

The people at Feedr are amazing! Everyone's happy to help you during your day to day work, feels great to be surrounded which such great people

At Feedr we have the opportunity to work on different softwares and with different stacks, so there is always something new to learn. There's always someone to mentor you and help you grow.

The management team is always available to listen to problems and new ideas or help you work on a particular issue, making you feel supported.
