Role
Who you are
- Passionate about food and the industry!
- 1+ years' work experience in account management or stakeholder management and/or hospitality and the food industry
- A genuine interest in food tech and resonate with Feedr’s mission
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent relationship builder, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
- An understanding of food and restaurant operations. Experience working in a kitchen, with food supply chains, or in operations are all relevant experience we are looking for
- Quantitative mindset, with good Google Sheets / Excel skills and basic understanding of common reporting tools
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly
- You have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated and target-driven
- You thrive working in a team and contributing towards a bigger common goal
What the job involves
- Build close relationships with our vendors, acting as a partner to help grow our business profitably together
- Understanding gaps in our restaurant community - using a data-driven approach to guide our new vendor search
- Identify new vendors who would be ideal partners to Feedr, aligning with our brand and community, and sell them on joining as partners
- Supporting our restaurant partners in digitalising their menus and creating the perfect Feedr menu
- Find creative ways to solve vendor challenges, supporting them in training, operations improvement, and menu optimisation
- Monitor vendor performance and meal ratings, reporting back to your vendor partners with constructive feedback
- Responsible for a standout offering across our Vendor Community - servicing our clients to the best of our ability
- Work closely with operations, customer success, and customer service teams to ensure an excellent all-round customer experience
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote our vendor community
- Core tasks including menu approvals, keeping the vendor CRM and other tracking documents up to date, Zendesk management
- Keep up to date with the latest food and restaurant trends
- Tasting our vendors' food and providing feedback

- 2. Video interview with our Head of Operations (c.30 - 45 mins)
- 3. Final stage in-person interview with our Vendor Team Lead, Head of Operations and Managing Director. (1 hour)

Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. On top of that, the restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is ready to expand its service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. And its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
