So many people have moved laterally in the company, both through secondments and through shifts - for example from sales to customer success or onboarding teams. We also have a training budget that we can choose to use in different ways, such as by buying books, attending courses, or even getting an external mentor/coach.

My manager is the wind beneath my wings! She empowers me, helps talk through tricky people management situations, and is a huge soundboard both at a strategy level and tactical level. She also is a huge advocate for self-care and balance - she trusts that I work hard and builds in circuit breakers so I don't burn out.
