Most companies use online job boards to advertise career opportunities, but such digital solutions are becoming outdated. They do not consider opportunities for existing staff such as gig work and training, and new recruitments often rely on the prospective employee finding the listing as opposed to targeting candidates directly.

Fuel50 provides an AI-driven career opportunity marketplace for internal HR teams, allowing companies to leverage workforce data to upskill their staff and increase their workforce agility. AI is used to analyze talent and workforce data to identify existing and prospective candidates for a variety of career opportunities, integrating directly with existing HR platforms to provide the benefits of AI-driven job boards without requiring infrastructural redesign.

Whilst it is undeniable that the company faces competition from AI-driven HR platforms, Fuel50 has taken a unique approach by not only focussing on finding new prospective staff members, but on upskilling and gig work opportunities for existing staff. Through these methods, the company claims that it can help form flexible workforces and increase employee satisfaction by facilitating personalized career paths.
