Our take

GreyScout leverages AI technology to protect brands from intellectual property infringement. It scans across marketplaces, search engines, websites and more in order to detect any potential IP violations.

Focussing on grey markets - which supply goods that have not been obtained from an official supplier - the company tackles a growing issue which has been making brand protection harder than ever. Its speedy response to this rising area of demand has paid off, with companies such as Samsung signing up for its service.

If GreyScout can continue to draw lucrative enterprise clients to its roster, then it stands to scale impressively. But to do this, it will need to continue to develop its technology.
