Our take
There’s no shortage of freelance talent matching platforms today, but plenty would argue that there’s a shortage of really great ones. The main issue they face is keeping job standards commensurate with talent, especially at scale.
Lemon.io hasn’t had to cross this bridge quite yet, but for the time being, it’s making some real impact and garnering lots of praise with remote development and engineering freelancers, often in underserved regions like Eastern Europe.

Though Lemon.io will almost certainly face the same challenges in maintaining its standards as it scales, the odds are in the company’s favour, with demand for both technical talent and remote work at unprecedented levels.
