After co-founding Market Logic Software in 2006, Olaf served as the company's CTO until 2021, when they moved into the role of Chief Innovation & Product Officer.

Dirk joined Market Logic Software in 2021 as a Managing Director & CFO, they then added COO to their title in 2022 then moved into the role of CEO in 2023. Prior to Market Logic, they spent 11 years at Searchmetrics in several senior roles, including CFO.
