We are bumping up against the ceiling of Moore’s law. As classical computing chips reach physical limits, the exponential increases in computational power that we have been enjoying for decades will soon be a thing of the past. Quantum computing could be the answer.
Phasecraft is developing algorithms and software that push today’s quantum hardware beyond experimental demonstrations and towards useful applications. Its work could accelerate the application of quantum computers by years, if not decades.
The startup is now focused on pushing its technology as far as possible through collaboration with the leading quantum researchers around the world. Moreover, gaining buy-in through key stakeholders in the field could be crucial to Phasecraft’s success.

Being able to work with autonomy on different projects leaves room to explore novel solutions. The openness of colleagues to discuss ideas and the encouragement from management to do that is something that I really enjoy,

Working on challenging but inspiring problems is probably one of the main things things that I enjoy from my work at Phasecraft As we need the intersection of different expertises to create solutions, the possibility of actively engaging with colleagues in an environment that supports that is really appreciated.

The focus of the company in well-being of employees is manifest on the day to day interactions with colleagues and management. The package for paternity leave is very generous and I'm grateful for being able to plan to spend time 6 months with my child after birth
