Chief of Staff, Phasecraft

• We are now looking to hire a Chief of Staff to join our team
• We are seeking a highly driven, commercially astute professional to work closely with our Co-Founders on the smooth running and scaling of our UK and US offices
• Work closely with the Co-Founders on any tasks required for the smooth running of the business, such as:
• Act as the point person for operational matters not covered by business development, research operations or policy teams, including unplanned or urgent situations and special projects
• Lead major operational projects as required, e.g.:
• Setting up a new office or subsidiary
• Administering processes around acquisitions or restructuring
• Support ongoing fundraising activities, investor relationship management, and investor reporting
• Support CEO and VP Business Development on go-to-market research and planning
• Prepare materials (with VP Global Communications and CEO) for investor updates, board meetings and investor pitches
• Manage corporate administration, including Companies House filings, EIS compliance, and US equivalents
• Draft company policies in collaboration with other senior operations and science team members
• Ensure that information and best practices are propagated throughout the organisation
• Oversee operational aspects of UK and US offices, including:
• Landlord liaison and contract negotiations
• Space planning and allocation
• AV setup and maintenance
