Its platform includes validation tools and self-serve programs that accelerate claims processes without scrimping on quality and clarity.
A 2025 pilot scheme launched in partnership with UnlikelyAI was deemed a success. Utilising its partner’s LLMs and neural networks, the automated claims processing pilot positions SBS in good standing for future investment and product rollout. If it can keep ahead of the digitisation trend in insurance processing, SBS could grow to become a leader in the sector.
