Singulart aims to be the one-stop shop for people who are ready and have the cash to invest in some upscale home decor.
A large part of Singulart’s sales pitch is built on its support for artists. The art and furniture listed on its site are all the work of independent creators rather than mass-produced, so every piece is unique. As well as this, it boasts that half of the artists whose work it sells are women, a rarity in the art world. It has partnerships with some more well-known artists, as well as a sister site - balthasart - for emerging creators.
It’s built a sizeable user base, and its gallery lists the work of over 12,000 artists and designers from 110 countries. Recently it has implemented an AI search feature which allows users to find art by using natural language. Moves such as this will cement its strong position in the art sales space.
