Our take

TikTok Shop, the commerce wing of the social media platform, has the potential to drive significant sales even through influencers with modest followings. Somerce helps influencers and brands make the most out of TikTok Shop through affiliate marketing, content creation and paid social media.

With beauty and fashion as its speciality, Somerce has connected brands with creators to build sales through the platform. Capitalising on a relatively young market, Somerce has learnt how to navigate a landscape that even TikTok itself is still playing catch-up with. TikTok Shop is something of a new frontier for the eCommerce industry, and through its creator community nurturing strategy, Somerce has risen to the top by treating creators not as promotional channels, but as valuable business partners.

It’s this boutique touch that Somerce uses to connect brands and TikTok creators. In 2025, it opened a creator studio in Manchester, further exemplifying its hands-on approach with creator communities.
