Not only is my manager incredibly supportive and motivating, I've had the opportunity to work with other leaders across the Modelling Group, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Events and the People Team, who are patient and willing to help me learn and develop; and give me encouragement when needed. It creates an amazing atmosphere, and I'm grateful to work with such inspiring people. I also like that there's honest and clear communication from the top down too.

I am able to work remotely from another country for 3 months of the year to support my partner's work commitments. Speechmatics have always been extremely flexible and accommodating to my needs.

I have been with Speechmatics for just over a year and a half and joined having an agreed career path confirmed from the start. True to their word, I have been promoted and have now reached the second stage of the agreed career plan. I manage a ever-growing team, which currently stands at four.

Speechmatics creates speech recognition technology through machine learning and the current focus is understanding every voice and reducing AI Bias. It is exciting times!

We have just had a recording session with most of the female employees, to create a film for International Women's Day 2022. The main topic is #BreakTheBias, which aligns nicely with our goal of eliminating AI Bias.

Machine Learning problems are tough to solve and super rewarding when you make breakthroughs. Seeing our customers use our technologies to transform their solutions powers my day.
