Tildei is a marketing platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers through WhatsApp. Currently, in stealth mode, the company’s conversation-first approach allows customers to feel more connected to the companies they do business with. This connectedness is a result of direct conversation, whereby a familiar texting application is more personal than an email and enables users to go about their day without having to worry about accidentally closing an internet tab or chat box.
Having raised $6 million in funding in February 2023, the company is set to launch publicly soon as it supports the next generation of customer engagement experiences.
