That's where Tildei comes in. It's a smart platform that helps brands have real-time, AI-powered conversations with customers directly inside the apps they already use. From answering questions to helping with purchases, Tildei is helping marketers connect in ways that actually feel human (even if there's AI behind the scenes).

Of course, some might be skeptical about AI handling customer conversations (and for good reason, nobody wants robotics replies or clunky bots). But that's exactly what Tildei is working to change. Fresh out of stealth with $6M in seed funding and a founding team of marketing tech veterans, Tildei is building something smarter. With backing from top investors and already supporting Instagram and WhatsApp, Tildei is set up to change how brands build trust.
