Our take

Trove is a branded recommerce company which partners with the likes of Patagonia, lululemon, and Levi’s, allowing them to drive profitable resales channels while keeping ownership of customer transactions and data, and in turn driving down waste and carbon emissions.

While the $130B valued second-hand fashion market is surging at the moment, thanks to customer demand for a more circular economy as well as the success of platforms like Grailed and Depop, there has been very little reward for the original brands themselves.

A solution like Trove’s is an ideal tonic, as it boosts brands' public image, social impact, as well as their profitability. The B-corporation has managed to raise well over $100M in funding thus far, and given its success with some major clothing brands, it looks set to continue to grow.
