What the job involves

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Enablement Manager to drive the top of funnel sales strategy and execution
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and partnerships, and is focused on building a repeatable outbound motion that fills the pipeline and accelerates growth
You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and the leadership team to define outreach strategy, deploy effective tools, manage campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and shape marketing and event efforts that support lead generation.
Partner with the sales team to define and execute the top-of-funnel strategy
Own outbound outreach playbooks including email, LinkedIn, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or others
Identify and deploy sales engagement tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale
Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content
Lead strategy and execution of ecosystem partnerships to drive leads
Manage referral program for industry influencers and thought leaders
Support event planning, travel, partnership outreach, and campaign coordination to drive inbound and outbound leads
Build target account lists in coordination with sales leadership and adjust based on performance data
Track, measure, and optimize outbound performance and conversion to pipeline

Trove is a branded recommerce company which partners with the likes of Patagonia, lululemon, and Levi’s, allowing them to drive profitable resales channels while keeping ownership of customer transactions and data, and in turn driving down waste and carbon emissions.

While the $130 billion valued second-hand fashion market is surging at the moment, thanks to customer demand for a more circular economy as well as the success of platforms like Grailed and Depop, there has been very little reward for the original brands themselves.

A solution like Trove’s is an ideal tonic, as it boosts brands' public image, social impact, as well as their profitability. The B-corporation has managed to raise well over $150 million in funding thus far, and given its success with some major clothing brands, it looks set to continue to grow.
