Our take
Vivian is a recruitment and job search platform helping healthcare staff locate and secure new placements. Beginning as "NurseFly", it changed its name in 2021 to reflect a broadening focus from travel nursing positions to healthcare staff at large.
The healthcare recruitment market has long been plagued by costly hiring processes and a lack of transparency. Taking these issues head-on, Vivian’s job match and messaging features streamline and readjust the way this operates, which is how the company has become the largest labor marketplace for US healthcare.
With the increasing turnover in healthcare staff, and fears that many workers will leave the industry entirely, institutions are under increasing pressure to address the shortcomings of healthcare staffing. Vivian is poised to address this issue, making for a large opportunity for its future growth and development.
