With these principles in mind, we offer flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs. Our HQ is in London and we have an office that is available 5 days a week, with the whole team meeting weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays to connect in person. We always take into consideration the individual and do have some members of the team working fully remote in locations including Kenya and Belgium

We can take unlimited holistic health days if we are feeling down or a little less than our best when we wake up. Many of us love traveling, and have the opportunity to work abroad/remote for 4 months each year! One colleague is working from Amsterdam, another in Bali, and another in France. We have unlimited access to our WeWork office but is only compulsory on Wednesdays & Thursdays (only London-based colleagues) so we can come together and socialize, helping our culture!
